Screw Press System
Efficient Sludge Dewatering for Wastewater Treatment Plants
At Best Innovation Technologies, our Screw Press Dewatering Systems are engineered for high-efficiency solid-liquid separation in industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. This compact, automatic, and energy-saving solution reduces sludge volume, lowers disposal costs, and minimizes operator involvement.

Key Features
• Low Power Consumption: Energy-efficient continuous operation.
• Fully Automatic Operation: PLC-based control system with minimal manual intervention.
• Compact Design: Space-saving footprint ideal for retrofits and new installations.
• Anti-Clogging Structure: Self-cleaning mechanism ensures uninterrupted performance.
• No Vibration or Noise: Quiet and smooth functioning for sensitive environments.
How It Works
Sludge is fed into a flocculation tank where polymer dosing helps coagulate solids. The conditioned sludge is then transferred to the screw press where it is gradually compressed by a slow-rotating screw and fixed rings. Water is filtered through the gaps, and dewatered sludge is discharged at the end.
Applications
• Municipal Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)
• Industrial Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs)
• Food & Beverage Industry
• Dairy & Slaughterhouse Waste
• Textile, Paper, and Chemical Industries
• Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems
