Key Features

•    High-Speed Operation: Precision-engineered bowl rotates at high speed for effective separation.
•    Continuous & Fully Automatic: No need for batch handling or operator intervention.
•    Energy-Efficient Design: Optimized motor and gearbox reduce power consumption.
•    Corrosion-Resistant Materials: SS304/316 or Duplex Steel construction for durability.
•    Customizable Parameters: Adjustable bowl speed and differential speed.

How It Works

A decanter centrifuge uses centrifugal force to separate solids from liquids. The slurry is fed into a rotating bowl, where heavier solids are pushed to the perimeter while clarified liquid flows out from the center. An internal screw conveyor continuously discharges the solids at the conical end.

Applications

•    Municipal STP & ETP Sludge Dewatering
•    Industrial Wastewater Solids Removal
•    Food & Beverage Processing
•    Oil & Grease Trap Sludge Separation
